The Egyptian National Committee on Irrigation and Drainage (ENCID) in collaboration with the National Water Research Center (NWRC), under the patronage of the International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage (ICID) in New Delhi, India & the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of Egypt, is taking the lead in organizing the 11th ICID International Drainage Workshop (IDW-11) in Cairo, Egypt during the period 23 � 27 September, 2012. The theme of the workshop is "Agricultural Drainage Needs and Future Priorities". During this event, an Exhibition will also be held presenting activities, publications and products of local and international companies working in the field of drainage.
The workshop aims at introducing the challenges, needs and solutions facing the drainage community worldwide and to share experience with other institutions on the national, regional and international scales in the field of drainage and related fields.
